Looking for Support Group

Does anyone know of an online support group for women with ADHD? With the guidance of an Occupational Therapist I am developing systems to get things done, reframe my negative self-talk, and emotional regulation. But I need ongoing support for encouragement, tips, and accountability. I was hoping for a weekly or biweekly group (online) meeting.

Hello LittleOl-Lady,ADDA (add.org) has online support groups for specific groups i.e. women over 50 group, 2nd & 4th Tues each month.

They met twice a month, so not quite biweekly but you can be in more than one group so depending on when they meet you may be able to get more frequency.

They are well facilitated and super nice folks. I think ADDA is about $12/mo.

Twice a month is essentially biweekly 😉

I am helping to relaunch a FREE support group for neurodiverse adults, not specifically women, but both facilitators are women with ADHD. I was looking for a group for myself and couldn't find anything free, so I contacted the original facilitator and am helping her restart it. We'd love to have new people join us! I just followed your link and received the error message "This page doesn't exist."

Hmm, so weird! It directs me but I recopied the link just in case that helps. It's called the Neurodiverse Professionals Community on LinkedIn
