during covid and the popularity of tiktok, realized I maybe had some symptoms of adhd that needed to be formally screened and possibly treated. I give my dr a lot of credit for taking me seriously. with a diagnosis finally and treatment, things really have started to click into place. I'm trying to make friends with the adhd part of myself and utilize any/all treatments to help wherever possible. Also helps to tell family friends partners so they can help with reminders to take medications or accomodate with tasks/directions whenever possible.
