Hello. My search here for this topic led me to some posts form several years ago. My teen needs a virtual support group. What is there in 2024 for this need?

She is really struggling with motivation for school work and . depression because the school work keeps piling up. Thank you!

An executive function coach could help. Try the Edge Foundation. If the depression is more of an issue, look for a teen outpatient CBT or DBT (cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy) program. Many university hospitals have these, but it may depend on your location how easy or hard it is to find.

Any idea what kind of counseling or coaching I need to keep from blurting inappropriate things?I know the skills, but my anxiety and adhd is making me unprofessional.

have you asked your school, or local counseling offices? I’ve seen groups for both.

I'm not sure what there is, but check out r/adhd on Reddit as they don't allow misinformation and are quite strict about keeping things helpful and on track.
