My son 12 y has adhd diagnosed last year. We r following behavioral techniques. We got psych appointment for initiating treatment. She told us that as long as behaviors are controlled we should be good. She meant at home and school. Psch recommended adhd coaching with outside agencies. There r not covered by insurance. which one do you guys recommend with experience. There are many which promise, not sure they deliver. Please LMk.

some people here are actually coaches. I can’t afford one myself but heat it helps. Insurance should cover something like that imho.

We did 10 sessions with an EF coach (virtual) she helped my daughter create lists (for example packing lists for extracurricular activities so nothing was forgotten and created a weekly schedule. For the money we spent I didn't think it was worth it. I think I just had really high expectations maybe. Your experience may be different.
