My son broke his arm yesterday and we gave him ibuprofen before bed in hopes the pain would not keep him up. He didn't complain about any pain but complained that he couldn't fall asleep. He was up until midnight. I since read that ibuprofen can keep some people awake.
Any suggestions on pain relief options that don't interfere with sleep?
