My son was just prescribed this medication due to unwanted side effects with adderall and focalin (tearful, irritable, loss of appetite). I will try the meds when we are home all day first to monitor, but would love to hear other’s experience with this.

We just switched to Adhansia from Focalin for similar reasons. My daughter was on 25mg of Focalin XR and is on 45mg of Adhansia XR. Definitely less side effects, but doesn't seem to be as effective. Struggling with lack of focus and disorganization.
