Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria & ADHD

Due to the excitability of the CNS (central nervous system) and a lower reward system, a good amount of people with ADHD also suffer from RSD. This can in turn cause a plethora of problems, and can bring forth traumatic episodes in unexpected ways and situations. There are multiple things we can do to help either our family members, friends, fellow adhd members, and ourselves when it comes to RSD.
