Your child’s ability to process information and regulate emotions is impacted by what she is expected to manage. How can you build a supportive foundation of serenity at home?

I like the article but how to keep calm myself when everything my adhd children do set me off. I am a naturally rigid person who likes quiet (major introvert) and have a hard time with the chaos. I try really hard to stay calm and let go but it is hard. Why are you always upset my 14 year daughter (rightfully asked me). Because I am human I said but really it bothers me how I get upset so easily. I am in therapy and have adhd coaching but still I struggle badly.
