ADD in China

We live in Hainan (the south most province of China).

My 8 year old boy has a serious learning disability. I guess it is ADD.

I am a fan of dr. Amen, his books and SPECT scan diagnostics.

Please, give an advice, where to diagnose and my kid in Asia?

I’m not sure what the options are or cultural opinion is for ADHD in China, but in the US, the first step would probably be an appointment with our child’s primary care doctor, and possibly a referral to a psychologist, psychiatrist or possibly a neurologist.

Best of luck helping your son!
