I live in a very small community so there aren't many resources here, which I why I love this board so much. I know that there are groups nationally that meet online like this one:

add.org/event/parents-of-ad... and others like it. I just googled groups for parents of kids with ADHD. Good luck!

Don't know if you're talking about locally or online? Both my preteen and teenager go to a behavioral counselor. It is really help for them to vent there and to learn things to help them get their anger under control.
