What are good vitamins/supplements y’all give your ADHD/ODD children?

I wanted to add a probiotic too. Any suggestions?

We use Young Living for all of the above. My kids take their multi vitamin and a probiotic/prebiotic combo.

Omg I’m sooooo not a healthy living kind of person. My adult ADHD psychologist suggested that I start taking probiotics (refrigerated probiotics, not pills) and I swear it has made a huge difference in the effectiveness of all of my medications in less than a week of taking two tablespoons after each meal. I bought a brand called American Health and the name of the product is Probiotic Acidophilus in the strawberry flavor. We shall see how it turns out long term but my dr is even surprised at how quickly it has helped me.
