We started giving my 10yr old son Melotinin at night and let me tell you!!!!!! It has been amazing. He goes right to sleep and sleeps all night. He is getting more sleep then he ever has. I don’t know why we have t tried it sooner.
I recommend giving it a try if your child has sleep issues. 😃

Glad you discovered how much it can help. We started out giving our now 9 year old son 3 mg and he got headaches. I found out it's a side effect of too high a dose. So, we switched to 1 mg chewables and give him 2 mg. That dose is perfect and the chewables absorb and work faster. But, we only give it on school nights. And as needed on school breaks. After time, the body can adjust and it could stop working as well, which happened for our son. Not giving it every night fixed the problem for us. Not to rain on your parade, just something to note for the future :).
Thank you, Vicki 😃 No raining on my parade; I appreciate the feedback. We are giving him 3mg chewable before bed. I’ll back him off over the weekend per your suggestion. So far no nightmares which I understand is a side effect of too high of a dose??
