12 and 5 year old with adhd

I have a 12 year old that is adhd. He does ok when he's on the medication. But gets angry and sometimes aggressive. He tries to bully little kids. He's been diagnosed with adhd since he was 5.Then i also have a 5 year old recently diagnosed with adhd. He is alcohol and drug affected. Trying get evaluation done on him for FAS. They both aregoing to see a phychiatrist in october. He gets really angry. Doesn't like the word no. What things can i get help with. He is on disability also. For different things.
