pregnancy and Adenomyosis

hello, I have recently found out I have this and I have bleeding most of the time. My question is.. if I am early pregnant would I still bleed ? I usually will have a heavy bleed for about 3 days but the rest of the month is light (I am not bleeding for about 1 week of the month). This month I have not had the heavy bleed- which I always assumed was my normal period flow. Could I be pregnant and still bleed with Adenomyosis or could it be it’s just different this month
