Has anyone experienced this, whilst having Prostrap injections?

Hi everyone,

Hopefully I’m posting in the right place!

I’m 51 and due for a total hysterectomy (due to extremely heavy bleeding and pain over about 2 years) I’m meant to be having the op after i have finished a 3/4 month course of Prostrap injections.

I have multiple fibroids, Adenomyosis and endometriosis on both ovaries.

I had my first injection 3 weeks ago and have had a very heavy period then stopped bleeding for a few days and now have fibroid pain and spotting.

Does anyone know if whilst on Prostrap the fibroid pain is likely to get worse whilst they are reducing in size?

I have mild side affects from the Prostrap like hot flushes which I can put up with, is it normal to bleed in the first month?

Any experiences welcome :)
