Adenomyosis, endo and pregnancy

Hello, have just joined the group.. I’ve recently been diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis. I’ve had a hycosi which has shown my Fallopian tubes are clear luckily but very worried about what my diagnosis means for pregnancy. Does anyone have any experience/ advice on this? Thanks

Hi, just wonder if you have had a laparoscopy or hysteroscopy also? I had a hycosy in 2019 and both tubes looked clear however I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy with dye last month and both my tubes are completely blocked.
