New to adenomyosis

I was told yesterday that I have this, also got endometriosis but the pain from this is something else, how do you deal with it? What's the best treatment hysterectomy seems extreme but sometimes I feel I could cut it out myself so hysterectomy doesn't seem so bad

Firstly speak to your doctor and see if they can change the hormones your on or can try something before going to the extreme.

To help pain now. I find rolling a towel and lying in it helps with the pain. Also not drinking caffeine and cutting out sugar. As they trigger pain.
