I wonder what other medications you are on. I had similar when I was first diagnosed, 10 years ago. I was put on Bisoprolol and Warfarin. I intuitively knew it wasn't Warfarin. Bisoprolol was prescribed for morning. GP changed it to night time and nosebleeds stopped. Never had one since.

You only bleed because you have a bleeding point. I would see your GP. You may have a vein in your nose that requires cauterisation It’s not the apixaban making you bleed
I take apixiban (Eliquis) for over 2 years now. I have significantly fewer nosebleeds on it than I had while taking warfarin (jantovin) for over 10 years.
If nosebleeds are something new to you, it would be best to talk to your doctor.
