Can I do a Prp treatment when on warfarin?

Hi does anyone know if I can do a prp treatment for my hair, if I am on warfarin?

My hair is thinning badly,and I want to keep as much of it as I can.

How long have you been on warfarin as there may be other factors which are contributing to hair loss? What is a prp treatment, topical or invasive?

There are now alternative anticoagulants to warfarin which may not have the same side effects, I would suggest speaking with your prescriber to check out whether hair loss is due to warfarin or any other underlying conditions.

I have notices hair shedding and breakage since beginning warfarin last February. I am seeking more opinions from Specialists regarding switching to a DOAC.
