Hello and thank you for all of your help in advance!

I am 63 diagnosed 5 years ago with G6 score and have been on active surveillance for 5 years , PSA has gone from 5.75 and has gone up to 12.78 (a couple of points each year ... doctor is scheduling a biopsy (not a blind biopsy) to see if anything has become more aggressive .. last biopsy was four years ago ... is there cause for concern?

Also, I have been taking two flomax a day for urination and it's is not flowing like it use to, doctor suggested REZUM (injecting steam into prostate) has anyone had this done before and if so, how are you doing?

Thank you again for all of your help!
