What do my test results mean?

Had a prostatectomy in March 2020 at age 73. Grading was T3bN1M0 with semenial vascular and 1 of 10 lymph nodes involvement. Subsequent ultra sensitive PSA were 0.028 & 0.026. Received 6 mos Eligard injection March 2021 with a testosterone level of 469. Started 40 sessions of whole pelvic radiation in April 2021. Subsequent ultra sensitive PSA’s have been 6/21 0.014, 8/21 0.006, 9/21 0.014, 12/21 0.014. All testosterone test have been <3. Received another 6 mos Eligard injection 9/21
