63 year old man, doing as out of fear

I’m 63 years old. Diagnosed a year ago Gleason 3/4 one core 10%. I’m scared of treatment even though it seems appropriate for a youngish man like me. My psa rises slightly, now at 6.6. Should I bite the bullet and get treatment?

Before doing anything, you may want to get a second pathology opinion. I did and it was very different than the first pathologists diagnosis.

Get a second opinion. You do not want to wish you had done so later.

A second opinion is a good idea. You want to be actively monitored. Any discussion of an MRI?

This is a great video so everyone to watch. I agree with what he says and am living proof of living with cancer with not treatments. You cannot go wrong paing attention to Dr Bergman.
