HOW DO YOU GET RID OF HIP PAIN

MY HIPS HURT SO BAD THAT I HAVE TO SLEEP WITH A HEATING PAD ON MY HIPS OR I CAN'T SLEEP, IT ALSO HURTS WHEN I WALK. I HAVE TOLD THE DOCTOR BUT NOT A THING HAS HAPPEN WITH THAT BUT ON IM GOING TO DOCTOR AND WILL ASK AGAIN ANY INPUT WOULD BE NICE THANKS

Hi there. I'm sorry you're going through such pain. I also get horrible right hip pain and was diagnosed with bursitis and osteoarthritis in my hip. I had a steroid injection which helped for a few months. I did find heat the best thing. Try some heat creams like deep heat or dencorub, I found they worked a little when I was moving around. It's very hard to control. But you certainly need to have some scans done to find it the cause. Hip pain can also be related typo your back. Do you have any urged history of pain?

yes I do my spine and neck had surgery in 2016 and they took doner bone from that area and put it in my neck but I'm going to the doctor and telling about this I can't stand this anymore it hurts so bad can't sit stand walk anything I do it really is very bad well there it is have to get ready for doctor ok chat when I get back
