I had a serious reaction too butrans patches my skin reacted by heating up turning inflamed over the course of the week !
Sometimes the adhesive will have that effect.
I just found a paper from 2000 that says I was on something similar (probably to deal with my “cross-addiction” to painkillers, which I have NEVER abused.)
