About 3 to 4 week ago I tripped and fell badly on my left leg. Since then it's been hurting if in certain positions like bending it to go up steps or taking a shoe off while standing. It's not bad pain as in it stops me doing anything but enough to feel that something's not right. It is worse when it's been still for a while. I would of expected it to be ok by now.
