Knee pain

Anyone ever had problems with the Meniscus in their knee, what was the procedure for dealing with it?

Had this knee pain since mid September 2015.

Only went to Drs 25/01/2016 -as pain is not any worse but still there after all these months.

Any advise would be greatful.

Like your condition, it's there, but it's not worse. What were you told to do by your doctor?

Research, prescribed exercise, ice packs, Tensor wrap bandages and painkillers are helping me to adapt to this knee meniscus.
