Return of balance and dizziness issues 2 years after surgery

Hi

I had my AN removed two years ago. I had the normal side effects, complete loss of hearing on the affected side, balance and dizziness issues and facial paralysis.

18 months in I would say I was 80% better with balance and dizziness. I was able to work out and do cardio etc just would have odd bouts of it but not for extended periods . Over the last 6 months it has become an issue where I have now been signed off work again. Any movement of my head increases the dizziness and balance isnt very good at all. I’m waiting for my 2 year follow up mri to be brought forward, trying vestibular rehabilitation, doctor sending me to a new neurologist.

Has anyone else had such a regression of the balance and dizziness? It’s very concerning
