I have suffered with depression and anxiety for a while. After suffering with a massive panic attack last summer, I was then put on medication. This didn’t work for me and I am now looking at a healthy life as the only way forward as I feel my depression and anxiety is coming back. Hoping running will help with my depression
Meditation is very rewarding what I do is I find something to do to keep me occupied and take my mind of it but it doesn’t work all the time I suppose it depends on how bad your panic attacks are at the time just breathe that’s the main thing.. but with this lockdown I think everyone’s depression and anxiety is through the roof I know mine is
Thankyou, that’s definitely something I will look into. I haven’t had a panic attack since last summer, but feel anxious a lot of the time but mostly depressed. Found a book that was really good on how to deal with panic attacks. The lockdown is really not helping but just keep thinking everyone’s the same
