Hi Nat,

I'm not doing too bad, how are you.

I've recently been discharged from the outpatients department at the local hospital as my blood pressure had been really high. It's under control now and the consultant suggested starting to come off the Sertraline. I'm not looking forward to the process if I'm honest although coming off the sertraline would be a positive step

I bet it’s the sertraline that’s caused it I get it bad on venlafaxine too...

Just take baby steps little time and lots of support whilst your doing this

Hi Nat, I’m doing ok. Just trying to push through the bad days and leave them behind. I’m going to talk therapy on Friday, so I hope that will help a lot.

Haha yeh I have been off here a bit sorry it’s just I’ve had loads going off but hopefully it’s all settling now I’ve had the same problem with my physical health too hope you feel good soon
