Gastroparesis and Behcets

Hi everyone. I have been having some trouble lately, first my blood work keeps showing up with low HGB, HCT and Iron Serum. Also have had positive occult stool test. Today I had an upper scope done and the findings were Gastritis and Gastroparesis. Would these cause anemia or could it be the Methotrexate keeping me from producing blood cells? Also would these findings be caused by Behcets? I am scheduled for a colonoscopy Monday and a stomach emptying test on Wednesday of next week. Thanks in advance for any advice.
