Colon cancer after CLL diagnosis
I will use this information in meetings with his GP (who's job it is to do the transfer to Bordeaux) and to his current Gastro, who will be proposing
surgery
and/or treatment once the liver CT results are in. With gratitude to you all.

Bursitis of toes & Steroid Injection
I had
surgery
Oct 22 for severe arthritis in the large toe & at first I feared it had spread. Two trips to GP (July & November 23) & finally preliminary diagnosis of Morton's Neuroma because of a burning nerve pain. Instead ultrasound has shown an inflamed bursa pressing on a nerve.

Struggling with feeling like I’m “overreacting” whilst pushing for a diagnosis?
There is also the fact that, reading other people’s stories, my pain has not reached a stage where I would require
surgery
(my heart goes out to every single one of you!). Sometimes it makes me wonder if I’m exaggerating the pain I do feel?

Update on Earlier Posts about my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I'm completely happy that you have intense and severe bilateral CTS and I will now be referring you for
surgery
. An interesting day. So it's now a wait and see and wait for the appointment to appear in the app.

Tumeric/circumin
She mentioned tumeric/circumin that some people find it very helpful and I asked if it was OK to take it. ( I'm also awaiting hip
surgery
in a few weeks) she was OK with that so have bought what is called clean circumin with no additives bulking agents.

Managing post surgery expectations
(
Surgery
was successful and I received the best pathology report possible.) As I am now at the very early stages of getting urinary control back, I'm struggling to understand what might be "normal" or "expected" vs causing concern.

I wasn’t given a diet/fact sheet when I was discharged from day
surgery
last week so have been googling but there is such differing advice. Every time I eat anything now, I have terrible upset stomach, stomach pains and feel nauseous and faint.

carbo/gem
I was diagnosed high grade stage 3c peritoneal in Autumn 2021, I have had carbo/taxol/avastin, debulking
surgery
. Followed by avastin alone which did not work, then carbo/caelyx which worked very well. I have had just over a year on Niraparib but sadly it is no longer working.

deranged LFT and Gallbladder perforation
Because of my weight and existing issue the team didn’t want to operate as keyhole wasn’t an option so would have involved open
surgery
. So I was put on antibiotics for 6 weeks and discharged.

Long term use of Clopidogrel causing blood in urine
She was told by the Doctors that she has bladder cancer and is booked in for
surgery
so she has stopped taking Clopidogrel for 4 days. The blood in the urine has stopped and her urine is clear and has been for a couple of days now.

Cutenous endometriosis
Hi there, I had my 4th endo
surgery
early this year and have developed cutaneous endometriosis by my belly button. It causes pain at tines and I thought it was a keloid, but my GP thinks it's cutaneous endometriosis. Has anyone experienced this and if anyone has any advice. X

We've agree for me to have a cortisol blood test so any advice to prepare for that be lovely. If all ok will look at other hormones etc before a trail of T3 but this will depend on my
surgery
funding it🤦 So back down to money.
