BAV Valve Replacement
I'm going for checkups at the moment to determine when I will need
surgery
. My heart is slightly enlarged currently. I'm wondering whether it's better to get the
surgery
done sooner rather than later? I think the doctors are torn because I'm very active, fit, and classed as healthy.

PSA Rising
He had
surgery
in december 2022 and everything was removed including glands. Gleason 4+5. His PSA has risen från 0.1 to 0.14 in 12 months. His doctor says to do nothing until it hits 0.2. But shouldn’t he do more? Maybe he doesn’t have advanced cancer yet.

Had
surgery
and therapy. I feel awkward depending on people who want to help. This too shall pass but need to keep myself busy. I am unable to drive until my occupational therapist tells me I am safe to drive. I am taking on line class to keep my mind busy but at times I feel overwhelmed.

7 days post and home.
Hi the next installment, I got admitted as planned and the operation went well, the surgeon had to change from keyhole to open
surgery
as something wasn't quite right so it took a bit longer than expected about 4hrs 30.

Blood pressure monitor advice
To save the 8 mile (45 minute) round trip to the GP
surgery
I was wondering if it was worth me purchasing a monitor. But the choice is bewildering and prices seem to vary considerably. There seems little point if it isn't going to be accurate. (Or accurate enough.)

CLL diagnosis
Hello all, I have just been diagnosed with CLL, because of a blood test in preparation for knee replacement
surgery
! I have a no symptoms other than mild fatigue. The encologist said this disease doesn’t mean that it’s the end. Some people go for years without symptoms.

NICE Guidelines Delay?
I need the new guidelines to fight for reinstatement of my 8 weekly injections which were stopped when I changed to a new
surgery
which insists on testing as a suitable maintenance procedure despite the flaws.

NHS Admin / Systems
My surrounding neighbours all have theirs at their (and my) nearby GP
surgery
. My last vax 2 years ago was set up at a mass vax centre 20 miles away in the opposite direction which I took knowing that NHS systems were snail slow to catch on to the fact that I had moved.

Post Total Knee Replacement with RA
Sometimes a nerve gets damaged during
surgery
and this exéma like rash occurs or there is an allergy réaction to the metal or cement compound. I see my surgeon on Wednesday so I will ask him then but I suspect it’s the nerves.

Severe Morning headaches
I’m very anti RIA or
surgery
but I think it’s looking more likely to be the only option if I can’t tolerate the meds. Any advice please?

Long story short: - Necrotic Pancreatitis in 2022 - Hospitalized 4 months - Developed gastroparesis -
Surgery
, removed gallbladder and performed gastrojejunostomy Now I have type 3c diabetes, as well as a few other chronic "leftover" problems / overlapping issues.

Can we trust AI analysis?
The first chose no ADT with radiation and the second chose 12 months of ADT after
surgery
and follow up radiation after PSA rise. I guess only time and luck will tell if that was the correct decision for each of us.

I am now awaiting foot
surgery
to straighten my toes which have drifted and clawed. Have any of my fellow warriors had this
surgery
, what can I expect and was it a success? Thanks in advance.
