do I need more prednisolone?
Broke my arm in June, put house on market (sale still going through), stepdaughters mental health reached very low point and just had
surgery
in unbroken arm. Went down from 7 to 6 the day before

. Day after
surgery
discovered I also had shingles. Such fun!

Bevacizumab v Niraparib
I've had chemo/debulking

chemo. I've been told all along that I will continue with Bevacizumab as a maintenance treatment (I've had 3 rounds of it alongside chemo, 2 before the
surgery
and 1 after).

Advice request - going in circles with doctors
I've had
surgery
to remove endometriosis twice (and the second time I also had an ovarian cyst removed which was larger than my ovary and had fused to my abdominal wall. Fun!!). I really thought that
surgery
would help but nothing got better afterwards.

How long were your symptoms relieved after surgery?
Hello 😊, I had my laparoscopy just over a month ago. They removed adhesions from left ovary and bowel. I feel like the symptoms I had before are ramping back up again but I don’t know if it’s all in my head or if it’s because I’m still healing from the op. I’m waiting for my follow up appointment

Artificial Urinary Sphincter? Finding a surgeon and understanding recovery?
I would really appreciate hearing from anyone that has been through the AUS
surgery
that can tell me: 1) How was your recovery compared to RP or if you had sling
surgery
. Was there any problems with your recovery? How was pain managed?

Urodynamics test or not?
Because of this the doctor has delayed me signing the consent forms for my
surgery
and recommended that I first have a Urodynamics test to see if they need to do something with my bladder during the
surgery
.

Endometriosis surgery or not
So I have to have
surgery
to work this out and get answers. After
surgery
do you get to see from the
surgery
the pictures of the endometriosis or do they verbally just say? I have a few questions about
surgery
is it worth and has anyone had complications from it.

The question is, how safe is it to have this
surgery
with AF? ( My AF is paroxysmal. I take Rivaroxaban and Bisoprolol) I am 65. Has anyone on this forum had this op?

surgery tips
I have finally been given my
surgery
date of 6th October. So just shy of 4 weeks away now. I have stage 4 severe deep infiltrating posterior compartment endo that they’re gonna extract using robotic
surgery
. I’m quite worried about the aftermath and pain.

6 weeks after surgery - am I doing ok?
Coming up to 6 weeks post
surgery
, I feel like I’m doing ok physically but just wanted a bit of a sanity check to see if I’m progressing well. I’m driving, can walk maybe 3500 steps a day, doing some laptop work & light housework. I get tired each day but can’t sleep easily at all.

Chest Twinges after ASD closure?
I am on day 4 after a ASD closure using the wonder of key hole
surgery
. I am doing fine aside from the fatigue of the general anaesthetic but I am experiencing some funny twinges in my heart. I guess that’s the organ getting used to the foreign device?
