Having a hard time
The whole lack of focus at work was due to
stress
. There are a few parts to the situation but my better intuition tells me it's maybe a 4 out of 10 in being a big deal. My catastrophic thinking has me obsessing like it's a 10 out of 10.

If I can’t do my job without meds, should I find another job?
Also, some of my issues likely stem from using medication as my main tool and failing to focus on other things that make my ADHD better or worse, like sleep, exercise, good diet, environment,
stress
management, etc. I know this is also an issue.

Stress
appears to be a trigger for my symptoms as when on holiday, relaxed and free of
stress
, I feel much better and my symptoms ease. When I return to work the pressure is constant and never ending and I struggle to make it to the end of the day let alone the week.

Been on the IC since April 24h….bit fed up now!
Anyway, I carried on running and developed bilateral lateral pain as well, so went to see a physio who thought I might have 5th metatarsal
stress
fractures….as I have osteopenia! Fortunately I didn’t.

Taking Nuclear test in Upright Position in something like a dentist chair.
I just wanted to pass on that there are two options for the nuclear
stress
test if suggested by your cardiologist. If you would like to see the upright chair, google nuclear stess test upright and you will be able to find an image of it.

Now on day 5 of Gonal F, day 1 I was wracked with nerves but once the first jab was done I realised the
stress
around the jabs was nothing and all in my head…. Now however I have my first scan since starting the Gonal F tomorrow at 11:15 😅 and errr the nerves have RETURNED with a vengeance.

It’s causing me so much
stress
. My blood pressure is normally wonderful while I’m sleeping especially and I woke up with swishing in my ears and my blood pressure up. I’ve been having so much anxiety that it’s paralyzing me.

Jaw Pain A Week After Triple Bypass Surgery
I stayed over night and they did a nuclear
stress
test which was good. My troponin was still high but (this is a couple weeks after surgery) but they did 3 tests at the hospital and it was coming down.

For Every Move you Make... there is a Breath you take...
It is strongly suggested too that nose breathing is really effective in combatting
stress
.... so...some simple relaxation breathing exercises.

I’ve had a number of episodes since I think brought on by
stress
but also MSG (in Chinese restaurant food) alcohol (only one glass but now I’ve unfortunately stopped completely). Also had recent spine surgery and a disc replaced in my neck.

adrenal crisis?
And was it brought on by the emotional
stress
, dropping to 6mg or both.. just some feedback about similar experiences would be great too. The next step is JAK inhibitors? phew, that’s a lot so thank you for reading 😊

Transplant delays
I have a living donor who is willing to save my life and this process is absolutely producing more
stress
than it should. On top of this, my step daughter, who is a PT, has volunteered her time to help me for the after-surgery timeframe and needs to let her practice know about timing.

Top 10 open questions
What factors might affect this day to day (e.g,
stress
and exercise) and over a lifespan (e.g, ageing, menopause)? 3. What are the safest and most effective ways to give B12 to people with PA, tablets, sprays or injections, or a combination? Can better ways be developed? 4.

Overwhelmed Again!!
My
stress
levels are through the roof. I wake up in the morning dreading the day of work. I am trying to find another job, but that is not going well. I feel so defeated. My roommate got ear surgery and she is depending on me to help her.

Hello everyone
You can do this in the way that is best for you but I wanted to keep it realistic to not create
stress
like telling myself unrealistic expectations in a timeframe that I could feel was ok. I'm far from ok but I'm ok for now. I put into words my thoughts this morning about wanting to find peace.

Fed up with the BS doctors give you
To be fair to them that's one thing I could really do without even just the
stress
of the pain can start a headache these days Any suggestions would be great as all the doctors can suggest is another pain management course which didn't help me the first bloody time.
