Chronic stress can take a toll on different parts of your body and your overall health.
If this happens too often -- say, every day during your commute -- it’s called “chronic
stress
,” and it can take a toll on different parts of your body and your overall health. https://www.webmd.com/balance/

Trying again
To cope with
stress
. I can work from home Fridays and Mondays and muddle through. I want a better life for the sake of me, my family and my work. I have even fallen into the habit of having a couple of drinks on really bad occasions in the morning to feel better.

Fed up with the BS doctors give you
To be fair to them that's one thing I could really do without even just the
stress
of the pain can start a headache these days Any suggestions would be great as all the doctors can suggest is another pain management course which didn't help me the first bloody time.

If I can’t do my job without meds, should I find another job?
Also, some of my issues likely stem from using medication as my main tool and failing to focus on other things that make my ADHD better or worse, like sleep, exercise, good diet, environment,
stress
management, etc. I know this is also an issue.

***Sensitive*** hope for those over 40
It was the most difficult time in my life but all the
stress
, I am hoping, will pay off soon. It took us 3 years eventually to get pregnant, 3 ivf cycles, 5 transfers, and one miscarrage.

My Mom needs heart surgery & I'm a terrified, 47 yr old baby
My
stress
and anxiety are getting really out of control. My legs feel like jelly and I feel like I'm going to pass out. I take Valium and Zoloft and I take extra Valium sometimes (not often) and it doesn't do anything when I'm in these states of extreme

DR appt later today low T3 suppresses TSH
After a telephone consultation following these results, I agreed that I would continue to take my 25g of self sourced T3 and reduce my level to 75mg of Levo, I felt fine for about 5 weeks then was hit with all the usual hypothyroid symptoms, tearful, unable to cope with any
stress
, unmotivated, nails

2 years today , no afib episodes
My last episode was a high
stress
move out of state 2 years ago. I'm 68. I've had afib for 10 years . Regular episodes every 6 months on average though more frequent in the early years before I got a proper diagnosis which took 3 years. I take flecainide , metoprolol , and Xarelto. No ablations.

Transplant delays
I have a living donor who is willing to save my life and this process is absolutely producing more
stress
than it should. On top of this, my step daughter, who is a PT, has volunteered her time to help me for the after-surgery timeframe and needs to let her practice know about timing.

The doctor said I have to reduce
stress
in my life and he knows that. He doesn’t care. My chest hurts now. Sometimes I just wanna die.

It’s been confirmed that all my symptoms are likely benign which is good, but has pointed towards anxiety being the reason for noticing a fast heart rate and that it is all normal, and just the smart watch causing undue

Constantly Changing Tones
I’m now wondering if this is in fact my reaction to the noise and if this is actually the anxiety and
stress
which is making the noise change and not a reaction to the different situations at all?. If so, I hope this will improve when I manage to calm down a bit.

Gp reluctant to refer daughter to Endocrinologist
Her Gp has referred her for CBT because of her anxiety and
stress
. She is anxious and stressed because of not being listened too. Considering she is hypothyroid she cannot put weight on which I thought was strange. Saying that I rather she was thin and not the weight that I am.
