I've been under so my much
stress
I don't even care about what I feel anymore I want to fix the behavior. Its something I can control and that helps me a lot. Stuff like my emotions for example.

Lots of questions!
It has caused so much
stress
in the relationship because I feel like maybe he is using some hidden toy or whatever, paranoid right but he also won’t admit it happens. I can physically feel it on our bed and I can see his body shift and do weird positions it happens even when he’s awake.

stress
a bit. I am still tired and my throat has been sore ever since on the side of where the enlarged nodule was. I have been taking iron, b12 and vit d..as these were all pretty low. I am booked in to have bloods done in 2 weeks time.

fracture of my pelvis. Having my 4th aclasta infusion next week. Have been in terrible pain in my groin and could hardly walk. If I hadn't had a walker I couldn't have stayed at home by myself.

Bad cold sore should I wait to inject Methotrexate?
I was at the dentist last Thursday - not my usual one - and she was a bit rough! She split my lip in the corner and it's came out with large cold sores which are not healing! 😔 I'm considering not injecting today to give them a better chance to heal - what do you think? They're sore and I can't eat

Reducing miscarriage risk
so far, here is what I gathered: 1- there is not much you can control 2- anti spasmodic meds are good esp. after a reduction in embryos to avoid contractions 3- no vigorous anything, from exercise to chores 4- low
stress
, healthy eating, prenatal vitamins, rest, some walking to keep blood

Hopelessness
I've been diagnosed officially with PTSD this week which is not a shock. I begin EMDR sessions next week so hope those are able to help. I have these bouts of feeling hopeless. I'm trying not to go too hard on myself but just feel that things will never get easier. Cry myself to sleep most nights with

It can lower
stress
and help you sleep and even help with weight loss.? Why would this not be good for CKD?

Week 2 Run 1
So to anyone starting out and feeling like Week 1 to Week 2 is a big step, try not to
stress
to much and go for it, I can almost guarantee you will be surprised. The true agony comes later lol 😆 😂, only kidding. Hope everyone who went out today had a good one. Run happy, run safe.

your thoughts welcome
Hope that was just
stress
related... My biggest fear is being left worse off and being not well trying to care for my mum. I recently lost one carer I had so it is just me now and not easy to get another one privately.

Advice on chest pains pls.
When the GP has requested info/an appointment from the cardiologists they are saying that the
Stress
Test was clear and an appointment is not needed. They are saying the
Stress
Test was good so the pain is not possible.

I am a natural overthinker so have to do my best to keep my
stress
in check, I do try to meditate each night (I normally pass out 2 mins in lol). I eat and sleep the best I can with a 21 month old demanding most of my energy when I'm not working lol.
