is this a flare?
My GP wanted to reduce my Levo on Nov but agreed to monitor it because I’d felt so awful when she reduced it from 100mcg to 75mcg earlier last year I had covid before Christmas and a tummy bug that laid me low in the new year, alongside quite a lot of ongoing

Pre afib signs
I don't know whether to go back on regular dose and let amiodarone kill me or stay on or even off amiodarone and let the anxiety and
stress
do it. Any input would be very appreciated. Have a Beautiful Day.

Right after that developed extreme
stress
and anxiety due to mother passing and trouble in family. Then the next week symptoms started, drastic bowel changes, going 4 times in morning, hardly anything solid, urgent need to go after eating and pain in left side after eating. Lost 10 pounds.

Does it get worse
I am not sure how I ended up with it, my up bring was very stressful and my mother would often give me high
stress
painkillers to keep me quiet.

What causes autoimmune diseases?
, vaccines,
stress
etc etc. As a non expert I found it fascinating, and a radically different message to the one I have heard from conventional doctors over the years. I would be interested to hear the views of others on this forum.

Has anyone else had very high blood pressure from steroids or possibly
stress
of having PMR? I’m currently tapering from 15 to 14 mg over 4-5 weeks.

Looking forward … I have retired , so have removed the
stress
of anxiety if I don’t feel well enough to cope with work . I’m read regularly with interest other group members posts but don’t always feel I have a lot to add to the advice and support shared .

Waiting to go back to work
On January 26th I went on leave from my teaching position due to a toxic work environment,
stress
, and trauma. My therapist released me to start working a four-day week beginning March 1. I met with the superintendent, HR, and union rep on Feb. 26th.
