The only way I can stay feeling relatively way, is to live life very slowly, with no
stress
or pressure. But as a single mum, and mortgage, bills etc.. it’s very hard… sorry.. just feeling sorry for myself and know I need to eat properly to help but I can’t face it.

I have had a lot of
stress
lately but I literally look pregnant I’m that bloated it’s ridiculous. I know my bloods are looking better now albeit slightly rubbish conversion. My ear just made a weird noise and even that’s freaking me out.

Over the top life stress causing symptoms after heart blockage
I’ve not shared my currently extremely stressful life and
stress
symptoms with my cardiologist though because they’ve already been untrustworthy with other things they’ve been told by me in the past, they don’t seem to care about me, and because of some fears of what happens to my mental health status

The changing ages and stages of ADHD
For much of his life I have been his coach, so I have been able to manage his play time, to try to keep his
stress
levels from getting out of control. I haven't always been successful, but with each episode we learn more.

GP reducing Levo dose based on blood tests only. Need evidence/papers to show under dosing is potentially harmful too
If I could afford totally private I would take this route & dump the NHS & all the hassle &
stress
it is causing me. The nhs drs & an endocrinologist say, there is no evidence that T3 works & there is evidence that says it doesn't work. They are actively taking people off T3.

Can stress or worries make a big difference in FBC numbers?
My wife's FBC has changed significantly over the past few weeks, while her medication has been the same for a year. During the past year she has been on anagrelide 3 a day, hydroxy 3 a week keeping her platelets at or around 250 white cells at or around 40 though over the past 8 months her Hgb keeps

My first post. A tricky start to my journey.
I broke down in tears - all that money and
stress
and I’d missed what could have been 2 good eggs. I have blamed myself for not pushing them to book me in the day before when they saw my LH rise. Maybe then I’d not have missed them. An expensive and upsetting mistake.

2 week wait and work stress
Hello ladies, I’m hoping you can give some reassurance. I’m currently 7 days post a 5 day transfer of two lovely embryos and I’m having a day from hell at work. ( today is my first day back after 6 days holiday) I’ve told my boss everything that’s going on with my ivf and he’s been supportive but

Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

Feeling thoroughly miserable - full time musician, first time tinnitus
I was already feeling a lot of
stress
, but just about managing to spin all the plates - even able to start to go out about once per week for a couple of hours to try and socialise. I would love to meet a partner and I'm trying really hard to get my life together, and my daughter's.
