I’m studying early childhood education and am in my third year now. We’re looking at adverse childhood experiences in one of our modules currently and today in our small groups, we were looking at how we cope with stress and took a questionnaire. The questionnaire asked us questions about how we cope with stress emotionally, problem solve stress and deny stress. I wasn’t surprised by my results, I knew I was a problem solver but thought my emotion score would have been slightly higher. I’m wondering how people on here cope with stress and what sort of way you cope with it. If you feel more comfortable replying via message, that’s no problem. I’m curious to hear your thoughts and have a conversation about coping with stress
