Manopause

Hi can anyone tell me if they have horrible feelings during Menopause like sinking feeling I just feel this at night

Do you mean physical feeling of sinking or emotional? If emotional then yes, definitely and I have found the boots own brand menopace tablet helps with lifting the mood. I don't have it all the time just if feeling low. Also it can lead to some spotting or bleeding if still in Peri menopause.

just joined this forum I too use the menopace herbal tablet a friend recommended must look for tbe boots own must be cheaper
