Someone would make a fortune if they discovered how to easily eliminate hot flushes😊

Since everyone reacts differently it's really just a case of trial and error. It's 10yrs since my last period and I still find myself 'overheating'😏

I take Sage for flushes and they have helped with the intensity of the flushes but not got rid of them altogether. I'm in my 4th year of menopause and sooooo fed up of it!!
