Did you also have an oopherectomy?
I had a hysterectomy a few years ago, without your ovaries you go straight into menopause. I found this very debilitating so I asked and was put on a low dose HRT 1mg Elleste Solo. I am now 61 and it has really helped I have no intentions of coming off it as it is good for your bones as they get brittle as you get older.
