Out of remission- CT Scan showed cancer in lymph nodes

I was diagnosed with Uterine cancer in Jan 2016, had a hysterectomy shortly after, finished taxol/carbo in around July or August 2016. Now August 2017 out of remission, first CA 125 trippled to 19 (from 6.8), then CT scan showed concentration in lymph in center of chest. Doctor says they an't operate as it's too close to things. I start Doxil this week. (Meanwhile I do (almost) every possible natural thing like organic food, meditation, lots of exercise, supplements, various healing modalities, cannabis RSO even. ) Has anyone had uterine cancer remission, then goes to lymph nodes? I am hoping to reach remission once more and stay there...of course. Thanks!!
