pls tell me 1 week diet chart to reduce weight.. i am 27 yrs old,64 kgs anh my height is 5.2 inches.

First of all u cannot loose weight just by doing workout , you have to change your diet .

Try to eat more frequent and small meal, avoid sugar.

since its only for a week try to make it a very strict one, no fruits(they contain sugar).

You can have one egg it does contain fat but its good fat and you will need it.

You should only have food low in GI (Glycemic Index) like sweet potatoes,wheat breads,oats (avoid the instant ones of any food) and no corn flakes (they are high in GI)

Eat in every 3 hours and have a tall glass of skimmed milk before bed.

And your every meal should not exceed 150 calories which should be fat and sugar free.

you definately will not feel full , you can add cucumber , onion, capsicum to your diet

try to add asmuch protein as posible (try a protein shake with no sugar or fat)

Remember always check how much calorie u consume in every meal if u feel like eating in bet ween your meal try a green tea or black coffee. best technique is to chew a minty chewing gum it will supress your cravings.

Best part of this diet is that u will only loose fat not the muscle

try to take atleast 64 grams of protein

i lost a lot of fat with this diet..
