my hight is 5'3 n weight is 65 please suggest me how to loose weight ???
Try to cut down carbohydrates. Generally people eat far too much of them. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. It what you want. for lunch, eat some vegetables and fruit. for dinner a small portion of veg shoudl suffice. Drink lots of water and start exercising every day if possible. Walking is very good exercise - there is no need to run. at first, you might find it exhuasting but that is fine, after a couple of weeks, it will be easy enough. And don't dawdle. And remember to take a day or every 3 or 4 days. And most importantly of all - don't give up. NOTHING will happen for 6-8 weeks. so don't even think about weighing yourself... best of luck
