Hi DebQ hope you can be a another newbie to me to ,I am refocused and willing myself.. lol
I have had a two year lapse ,was running up till then ,relocated ,...Now I’m more settled and using a new type of Excercise to push myself it’s a Vibrapower machine!i am a bit older and find my situation is not the same as when I was younger-but I’m going forward!!! How are you today hope making the Grade!
