Best way to reduce tummy fat is to drink fenugreek seed decoction daily twice a day.

Boil half teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in one glass of water and boil .simmer for 2-3 min .Strain and drink hot.One thing has to be remembered that everything does not suits everyone. Take this and find out if u dont get problems like constipation or any thing else (Don't worry it will not be severe.) If not ,drink it daily and you will get the results.

Hiii...pranayama is best method for reducing fat belly...I.e kapalbhathi, start with 10min morning and evening with empty stomach,gradually increase to half an hour,reduce outside food,include more fruits and raw veggies, have more and more water...thanku

start running ...increase water intake...stop eating fried stuffs...when i can sure you too..

u feel a lighter body within 3-4 weeks ...
