Whatever u do but pls don't use Herbalife. It will decrease ur weight fast but as soon as you stop using it , double of what you lost will come back! Beware! I have experienced this.

Hi, pl. check ur body mass index to know whether u r normal/overweight/obese/ severely obese.For overweight n early obesity, regular exercise(30 mins daily) and balanced diet is sufficient For severe obesity, an obesity specialist consultation will be required. weight loss takes time,so, be consistent in ur efforts. Wise eating combined with exercise is practical to follow forever.
