Hello, Amos. Creatine is one of the most well researched supplements that you can buy, and is also relatively cheap (at least it was before.) The results from taking creatine varies from person to person. Creatine levels in the body is different for everyone. A person that has a low level of creatine will achieve great increase in strength and size by taking a suggested serving every day. While a person with already high levels of creatine will achieve a little to zero benefit from taking creatine.

Creatine is found naturally in meat products like chicken, beef and salmon.

I started taking creatine myself recently, after 3 years of weight training without this supplement. I benched 100kgs for about 6 reps before starting. After starting on creatine i now bench 107,5kg for 8 reps or so. Not everyone will achieve this benefit from it, but who knows what levels of creatine you have in your body naturally.

Hope this was helpful!
