I haven’t posted in sooooo long but since my last post I’ve joined a gym. I started with the basics, casual walk on the treadmill and a little ride on the bike. I started to become more confident and moved on to the rower, cross trainer and running on the treadmill. (Go me💁🏼♀️)
I’ve recently started using the weight machines, so chest press, leg press, shoulder press etc. So I’m just wondering what apps are recommended for adding these type of workouts to Apple heath/Fitbit.

I have "10 daily poses" yoga app, "buttocks workout" app, and Jillian Micheal's personal trainer app. I have 2 books I just bought for weight training- so I am not using apps for that----BUT There is Ashley Conrad who is fricking awesome, I found her at BODYBUILDING.COM and she has a lot of free workouts you can connect to on any device, this is my favortie: bodybuilding.com/fun/ashley...
